Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups besan


  • 1 tsp soda


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 3/4 cups curd


  • 1/2 cups chopped palak


  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  • 1 tbsp curry patta


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Take one mixing bowl add besan, Palak, dahi, oil, salt. Mix all these ingredients with help of little water. The battery should not be more thick or watery
  • Grease the mould with help of little oil
  • Pour the batter into it then steam it.
  • Allowed to cool. Demould it
  • Take oil in a small frying pan add sesame seeds, mustard seeds, Pinch of jeera and handful of Kadi Patta
  • Cut dhokala into pieces place this Fried sesame seeds on top of the piece
